A good antique Afghan Ersari main carpet with good wool and dyes, finely knotted for its type with decent pile allover and some silk highlights. The piece is in good condition for its type with just one or two local areas showing traces of use. A few small scattered repairs of decent quality, original kilim end finishes. An attractive furnishing carpet that represents excellent value for money. Circa 1900.
