1920 - 1940
Description

This is a lovely hand woven Kashgai Carpet with an attractive warm colour palette, dating from around 1930. The carpet has a typical double lozenge design in tones of deep red rust, ivory and blue. The carpet is in excellent condition throughout with a good deep pile and retaining its original fringes. The rug measures 155 cms by 107 cms.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
