Description

This charming old original colour lithograph measures 19"x 14". Below is the inscription "James Rowan, The Champion Ten Mile Runner, Height 5'4", Weight 7st.10lbs., Born at Gateshead, County Durham, October 16th 1837." And "London, Published June 26th 1860 by Geo. Newbold, 303, and 304, Strand. W.C". It is in the original maple frame giving an overall size of 24"x 19".
