Size: 6ft 6in x 4ft 0in (199 x 122cm).

Antique Caucasian Shirvan rug with floral lattice on a dark indigo blue ground.

Late 19th century.

A good example of type with very nicely coloured tulips within a light blue lattice design. Note the small human figure in the field. A beautiful rug with warm colours.

The rug has a classic border design which frames the rug well.

The rug has slight even wear and good pile.

Hand washed and ready for use or display.
