Size: 7ft 9in x 5ft 2in (236 x 158cm).

Antique Persian Qashqai tribal kilim, South West Persia.

Late 19th century.

A good Qashqai kilim with very bold graphic design and wonderful natural dye colours throughout. The design and colour palette used in this kilim is quite scarce, the very earthy colour tones are quite unusual.

Excellent condition, very slight wear, both ends retain the original chevron end finishes. There are a few small areas that are slightly discoloured by tribal use.

Hand washed and ready for use or display.
