Description

This is a lovely antique Afshar tribal rug dating from around 1920 in super order. The rug has a typical Afshar design with a central joined double lozenge. This is hand woven in pure wool in lovely tones of warm russet, indigo, ivory and mid blue. The rug is in excellent order throughout and recently cleaned ready for use.

This measures 205 cms by 155 cms
