Antique Khamseh Kelleh from the end of the 19th century, fantastic colours make this a beautiful interesting tribal weaving from South-West Persia. The wool is lovely and glossy which you would expect from rugs from this region, the dyes are natural and work in harmony together. The borders are in high pile, the centre through the length is low in places and distressed but the overall look of the rug is stunning! With excellent rug underlay we provide included in the price it would strengthen the rug on the floor making it secure and durable. These woven tribal rugs from southern persia have lots of interest, using a great variation of designs and geometric motifs.
