Description

Size: 5ft 11in x 3ft 7in (181 x 110cm).

Old Afghan rug of Tekke Turkmen design of fine weave.

Circa 1920.

The rug has a traditional Tekke gul design with 3 rows of 12 guls.

The rug is of a very fine weave with a soft and floppy handle. Both ends retain the original end finishes.

The rug is in excellent condition with slight wear and good pile.

The rug is suitable for normal domestic use.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
