Antique Afghan Baluch rug from Western Afghanistan.

Circa 1900.

A good Baluch rug with a diamond lattice design in alternate diagonal rows of colour, each diamond contains a traditional Baluch design. The border is of a star design.

The rug is in good condition with even wear and medium pile. The rug has very good wool and is fine with a soft floppy handle.

The rug is suitable for light domestic use.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
