Description

Size: 4ft 0in x 2ft 6in (122 x 76cm).

Old Afghan Baluch camel ground prayer rug with tree of life design.

Circa 1920.

The rug is well drawn with a tree of life and has excellent colour, the camel wool ground is very soft. The outer border is of the curled leaf design. The rug retains the original long end finishes at both ends. These could easily be trimmed to a shorter length if required.

The rug is in excellent condition with no wear, and full pile.

The rug has been hand washed and ready for use or display.

The rug is suitable for light domestic use.
