Old Afghan Runner, Traditional Design, Very Hard Wearing, Circa 1920.

Description

Size: 12ft 10in x 2ft 11in (390 x 90cm).

Old Afghan runner of traditional Ersari Turkmen design.

Circa 1920.

The runner is of a burnt orange colour, the pile is very firm and this runner will take all the wear and tear that you can give it. The runner retains the original short kilim end finishes at both ends.

The runner is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile.

The runner is suitable for heavy domestic use such as an entrance hall.

The runner has been hand washed and is ready for use.
