Size: 12ft 3in x 6ft 5in (373 x 195cm).

Old Caucasian soumak carpet of traditional medallion design of good size and colour.

Circa 1920.

This soumak has a good colour palette with exceptional light indigo blues especially in the border. The magnificent large wide border frames the carpet perfectly.

The soumak is in excellent condition with slight wear and a few scattered old repairs.

The soumak is suitable for normal domestic use.

The soumak has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
