Size: 7ft 3in x 3ft 9in (220 x 114cm).

Antique Anatolian Yahyali rug with traditional large medallion design.

Circa 1900.

A very good example of this classic design with a rustic village charm.

The colours are outstanding and work really well with this bold design, the gold border really compliments the rich red field. The border design has an early archaic feel.

Good condition with some wear and a number of small old repairs.

The rug is suitable for light domestic use.

Hand washed and ready for use or display.
