Fine Persian Carpet Early 20th Century

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a fine quality Persian carpet which dates from the early 20th century. The carpet is very dramatic with a stunning deep blue ground and a very pretty floral medallion in warm ivory, rich red and cinnamon, echoed by the spandrels and deep borders. This is a lovely example in good clean condition with a deep full pile and no wear. The carpet is a useful size measuring 200 cms by 130 cms

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
