Spectacular Golden Walnut Victorian Antique Dressing Table

Dating From Around 1860, This Superb Quality Dressing Table And Matching Mirror With Base are truly unique and extremely rare to find and are of superb quality. The upper section is free standing with an oval tilting mirror with lovely old foxing, elegant scrolled carved supports, serpentine mould front with lift up lid and stands on small turned bun feet. The lower section has a striking figured top with shaped moulded edge above a shaped frieze with central oak lined drawer. It has pierced back supports and elegant scrolled carved front supports with a figured lower tier and turned bun feet. The walnut has aged to a rich golden shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
