Mahogany French Washstand Dressing Table

1900 - 1920
Description

This lovely French washstand is offered in very good condition.

The washstand has a grey marble top with a mahogany framed mirror above and a generous chest of drawers below.

The chest has two smaller drawers above three full length drawers.

The handles on the chest are cast in solid brass with lovely ornate designs.

The chest stands on classic escargot feet with swept detailing below the drawers.

The unusual grey marble has a splash back and a shelf supported with swept returns.

The chest has working locks and key.
