Description

Size: 7ft 1in x 4ft 8in (215 x 141cm).

Old Afghan village rug of traditional design, the rug has a single row of 4 large Afghan guls.

Circa 1920.

The rug is an excellent rich red colour with dark indigo blue, the border and guls are in a softer red giving the rug a very warm and light feel.

The rug is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile.

The rug is suitable for heavy domestic use such as a entrance hall or living room.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use.
