Antique Caucasian Kazak runner of small size.

Circa 1890.

A very good small runner with great colour. The design is a series of four latch hook medallions surrounded by many tribal elements such as small animals, stars and floral rosettes. The border is ivory ground with a classic Kazak design.

The runner is in excellent condition with slight even wear and good pile.

The runner is suitable for normal domestic use.

The runner has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
