Antique Persian Joshagan Rug Carpet

1920 - 1940
Description

This is a beautiful antique Persian Joshagan rug dating from the early 20th century. The rug has a very pretty and ornate design with central hooked medallion on a brick red central field with evenly scattered floral motifs, in indigo, cinnamon and cream. It has decorative floral borders in indigo, violet, red and ivory.

The rug is in excellent condition and measures 154cm by 109cm.
