Mersham Manor Antiques has dated this piece to the 1880s.
Here is an excellent quality Victorian wardrobe, made of beautifully figured Pitch Pine.
c1880.

Below is a single door, fronted with the original oval mirror , which opens to reveal a hanging space, with a long wooden hanging rail, with many brass hooks to the back.
The mirrored front is flanked by elegant arched moulded panels.

The base section has two drawers, with the original turned bun-handles.
Standing on a plinth base.
The Pitch Pine has developed a lovely warm colour, with some very attractive figuring to the wood.
The condition of the wardrobe is excellent antique condition, with expected, but minor signs of age and use.

The wardrobe is of excellent construction, and can be cleverly dismantled, to ease with transporting, and moving around awkward corners etc.
The wardrobe can be easily re-assembled, and is very robust, solid and strong. The wardrobe is shown dismantled in the pictures.
