With The Original Makers Label, Galloway And Sykes Aberdeen this Spectacular Inlaid Mahogany Antique Victorian Dressing Table circa, 1900 is of magnificent quality and has been constructed from the finest mahogany timbers.
The outer tops have elegantly carved moulded edges above three small over one long graduating mahogany lined drawers with satin wood cross banding and boxwood and ebony box string inlay. The central section has spectacular inlaid floral motifs with intricate mother of pearl centres which can only be the work of a true Victorian craftsman. This splendid dressing table stands on four turned legs and would give any bedroom that complete finishing touch of elegance . The mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
