Description

Size: 5ft 2in x 1ft 11in (158 x 58cm).

A good Afghan Baluch sofreh (eating cloth) these were placed on the ground for food to be served on.

Circa 1920.

This example is woven with a mixture of plain flat weave and floated weft work decoration.

The rug is in excellent condition with no wear.

The rug is suitable for light domestic use.

The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
