Here we have on offer an excellent quality original Victorian cast iron and brass double bed.
c1890.
Original painted black finish, with the brass having its naturally aged patination.
Standing on the original porcelain castors.
Requires a standard UK double 4ft6" mattress.
With a custom made pine slatted base.
Very sturdy, solid and strong.
In good condition, with general expected signs of age and general use, some knocks and minor chips to the black paint finish, minor knocks to the brass.
Completely dismantles-headboard-footboard-two side rails-the slatted base is in two sections.
