The pine has a lovely mellow colour and good characterful patina.
To the top is a deep moulded cornice.
The second section has double doors, one door is mirrored with a very charming original oval bevelled mirror, the doors open to reveal a long metal hanging rail with large shelf above. The doors each have very pretty applied carved decoration, with foliate and bell-flower designs, having turned bun-handles with very ornate escutcheons.

The double doors have a working lock and key.
The base section has two short drawers with turned bun handles, also having ornate escutcheons.
Standing on charming front bun-feet.
The quality of the wardrobe is excellent, being constructed from thick pine timbers, which are heavy and very sturdy.

The overall condition is very good, with general expected signs of age and use, but really very minor.
The wardrobe completely breaks down, as shown in the pictures, when assembled is very strong and sturdy, held together with sturdy metal brackets.
