Antique English pewter 9.25in diameter narrow rim basin, circa 1780.
The basin has a half inch wide rim with an incised line around it. There are ownership initial ‘MB’ stamped to the rim.
The condition is very good with a polished silver grey finish to the face with some small traces of oxide, and a natural grey patina to the reverse.
