Japanese antique (late 19thC) Takaoka lost-wax bronze ‘Shōryū’ dragon and glass ball. The details are meticulously crafted in three dimensions, including the scales, claws, whiskers, horns, and the dragon holding a jewel, resulting in a powerful and striking work of art. 19cm high x 31cm long x 20cm deep, weight 4.3kg (including ball).

Excellent original condition.
