Antique Walnut Bow Front Chest of Drawers

A charming antique walnut bow front chest of drawers, of compact proportions and attractive colour. The chest features a gently bowed front fitted with three graduated drawers, each displaying well-figured walnut veneer and fitted with decorative brass ring handles and escutcheons.

The shaped top is veneered with richly figured walnut and finished with a crossbanded border, while the drawer fronts show particularly attractive grain and warm colouring. The chest stands on shaped bracket-style feet, giving the piece a pleasing and balanced appearance.

Its relatively small size makes it especially suitable for use as a bedside chest, occasional chest, hall piece or compact storage cabinet.
