Antique 20th century Jacobean style sideboard in oak, a substantial and beautifully decorative piece with a strong, traditional presence.

Well made and of good quality, it is richly carved throughout and offers generous storage for a dining room, hallway or reception room. The sideboard stands on sturdy turned legs, joined by supporting stretchers that give the piece strength and a pleasing sense of balance.

A raised gallery to the top gives the piece an attractive, well-finished profile. Two large storage compartments sit to either side, each enclosed by a door and offering ample room for dinnerware, linens or household items. Set between the cupboards are two drawers, providing additional storage for smaller essentials. The drawers and doors are all fitted with decorative brass handles, which complement the warmth of the oak and complete its impressive appearance. The oak displays a rich, warm colour with gorgeous natural grain throughout, highlighting the beautiful carved details across the entire piece.
