This nineteenth century Regency period Staffordshire porcelain milk jug takes the form of a Mrs Bowring creamer, finished in a bright white glaze with a rich cobalt blue central border overlaid with intricate gilt vine leaf motifs. Handpainted floral cartouches adorn the body alongside detailed summer flowers, framed by gilded borders and a pale cream upper band with delicate leaf patterns.
