Gents 9ct Gold Rone Seventeen Wristwatch, 1960

Description

Gents 9ct gold Rone Seventeen wristwatch, 1960.

The watch has a Swiss 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 32mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London 1960 together with a maker’s mark for the British Watch Case Company. The case is in good condition with just light surface marks to the back.

The lens is in good condition, there are some white marks showing in the photos but these are just reflection.

The signed dial is in its original finish. Blued steel hands, red centre seconds hand and concentric raised circles running through the numbers.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
