Description

All signed Nap, one dated 1917, watercolour and gouache on buff

They may be characters from a village, or perhaps guests at a country house party. They might have been suspects in an Agatha Christie whoduneit, but the works pre-date her first novel 'The Mysterious Affair at Styles' by three years!

Four are in good overall condition 12.5" x 8.5" including frames

Two, the chap with the walking stick and black arm band, and the bearded gentleman wearing a blue suit have some areas of clouding 13.5" x 8.75"
