This charming 4’ wide bed is the perfect choice for rooms where space might be a little limited, but maximum comfort is required. Lovely Shaping on the panel with a classically Irish curved frame, and of course the gorgeous diamond configuration in the panel made from iron reed strip. Very nicely shaped castings, all in good detail.

Fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole frame cleaned, restored and tested for durability. All joints checked for secure fit. Shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in Little Greene’s French Grey (a soft white tone), waxed over to protect and give a soft sheen. All of our beds can be re-painted in any colour of your choosing. Please contact us for more information/quotation.

Celtic Revival iron bedsteads feature decorative metalwork inspired by traditional knotwork and organic scrolling patterns. Originating in the nineteenth century, these bed frames combine sturdy metal construction with artistic motifs.
