A well-proportioned late 18th-century oak chest of drawers of classic Georgian design, featuring quarter-sawn oak throughout, cockbeaded drawers, and original gilt brass swan-neck handles. It has two short drawers over three long drawers, clean dovetailed drawer linings in pine and elm, and well-shaped original feet, with the exception of one back foot.
Good original wax finish, circa 1780.
