A wonderful antique Heriz carpet, hand woven circa 1920. The design features a large, geometrical central medallion surrounded by stylised flowers and vines on a rich terracotta field and particularly attractive indigo border. A very decorative carpet with great secondary colours of pinks, greens, golds and blues

This carpet is in good condition with even, age related wear. Fringes and selvedges are secure and it has been professionally cleaned.
