The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a 18½’’’ Cal 1 stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the Doxa logo, and it is all protected by an inner cover.
The watch measures 51.5mm excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The back of the watch has the military arrow and the GSTP mark (General Service Time Piece) and store code. The inside of the case back is signed with the Doxa logo.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands… it looks like the radium paint has been removed at some stage.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
