Titled 'Life Drawing Class at the Royal Academy'.

The magnificent image portrays a female nude model who is poised in a portrait pose on a small mattress in one of the grand rooms of the Royal Academy.

She is surrounded by artists' easels, stools, vintage ceiling lamps and a large old master canvas painting hanging on the wall before her.

Painted by the post-war British artist Deidre Daines during the 1960s.

It is a large-scale work that is both signed and mounted within an impressive gilt moulded frame.
