Shackladys Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.

The central doors open to a full-length hanging compartment, fitted with a brass rail, while the flanking sections each enclose additional storage; one side configured with a series of graduated sliding trays/shelves, the other with hanging space above a deep base compartment, offering practical versatility. The interior is finished in a warm, polished tone consistent with the exterior.

The wardrobe stands on a shaped plinth base and retains its original brass handles and fittings. The gently bowed sides and architectural cornice lend a strong yet elegant presence, while the quality of the inlay and timber selection reflects skilled cabinetmaking of the Edwardian period, likely influenced by Sheraton revival taste.
