Antique Mahogany Serpentine Cabinet

1900 - 1920
Description

A beautiful antique mahogany serpentine cabinet in the Georgian style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1900-1910 period.

It is of superb quality and has a gorgeous design. There is a panelled centre flanked by two doors with beautiful flame mahogany grain patterns. This sits on cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet, the top is cross banded and has crisp gadrooned carving around the edges. There is also lovely carving to the outer edges, the colour tones and mahogany grain patterns are stunning throughout.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age, with just some extremely minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there.
