I have for sale a1900s English solid mahogany Aneroid barometer in perfect working order and in good original condition, a large, bold, thick piece of heavy mahogany.
 
The Case
 
The case is in solid mahogany and stands 56cm high x 40cm wide with a depth of 7cm it is in good original condition, has had a lot of wax polish, one small split as seen, but amazing hand carvings.
 
The Dial
 
The 20cm dial is in original condition; the barometer has the original marker/pointer again no cracks or splits.
 
The dial is signed by the shop it served, Wood the late Grahams otician in London Road, Liverpool.
 
Overall, a beautiful barometer in great original condition this is a rare old find. These barometers from the art deco period are going up month on month in price.
