Brief Description:

This is a wonderful quality 19th-century Italian Oil on Canvas Portrait Painting depicting a young boy farmhand who is smoking a pipe whilst wearing a straw hat and a green open-neck shirt.

Note: This is one of a matching pair of paintings we are selling individually - please see our other listings.

Painted in the style and manner of the Italian artist Luca Postiglione (1876-1936).

It is superbly painted, particularly of the lad's facial features.
