This finely woven rug displays a confident balance of elegance and individuality. The four spandrels come alive with bird imagery, and are joined by a gently undulating line that adds rhythm to the composition. Anchoring the design are three interlocked central diamonds, each enclosing a cruciform medallion that echoes the colour of the midnight blue found in the corners. This allows the surrounding terracotta field to shimmer with bird and peacock motifs, resulting in a quirky yet harmonious Qashqai rug
