A good Georgian mahogany chest of drawers dating from the late 18th / early 19th Century. It has two short over 3 long drawers, each with brass swan neck handles and it stands on bracket feet. It is a good quality piece with a lovely rich colour to the timbers.It is in good condition. There are signs of age and use, some minor surface marks on the top, a small repaired shrinkage split to one side and a few knocks here and there but nothing untoward or detrimental. The drawers open smoothly and are generally clean and tidy having been lined with green baize at some point.
