S and S Timms Antiques Ltd has dated these Chippendale Mahogany Chest Drawers to the Georgian era.
It boasts construction using high grade timbers and is well made. Despite being relatively plain in its overall design it is also actually quite attractive with well figured and rich mahogany used in the construction and a nicely crossbanded top.

It does also of course retain both original swan neck handles and its original bracket feet, both of which are great features to have.
Useful for a variety of different rooms around the home this chest is incredibly functional and is still as fit for purpose as the day it was made.

We believe this chest is great value for something so beautiful which offers so much function and will go on to be used and utilised for many years to come in many different spaces and homes.
As with all items we offer for sale this georgian mahogany chest has been examined in our workshops by our highly skilled, traditional antique furniture restorers and received a natural wax polish, before being presented for sale.
