Antique Edwardian Satinwood Chest of Drawers

An Edwardian satinwood chest of drawers, arranged as two short over three long graduated drawers, each with brass drop handles and decorative escutcheons. The drawer fronts are detailed with subtle reeded moulding, and the piece stands on a shaped plinth base. With a warm satinwood tone and natural patina, this well-proportioned chest offers both practical storage and simple early 20th-century style.

CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition, showing signs of age and use throughout. The chest has surface wear with marks and scratches, including some deeper scratches to the side. There is splitting to the sides and top, staining to the surface, and minor loss to the corners. These age-related features do not affect the structure, and the piece remains solid and functional with good antique character.
