Georgian Mahogany Chest on Chest.

Description

A good Geo III mahogany tallboy or chest on chest , the well figured drawer fronts with brass swan neck handles, the top with moulded cornice above two short and three long oak lined drawers with reeded canted corners. The base with three graduated drawers standing on shaped bracket feet front and sides. Fine colour and patina and in excellent condition throughout, a useful piece with great storage, was originally designed as a piece of bedroom furniture but would look equally good in a reception room. English Circa 1780.
