An elegant large early 19th century country house scroll back daybed firmly attributed to Gillows of Lancaster. Raised on 4 tall ebonized legs with the original gilt brass casters. Retaining its original horse hair filled squab and bolster cushions. It also retains the original back fillings. The seat has been re-webbed.
Newly upholstered by us in Sanderson ''Reminiscence'' cotton.
