Georgian Converted Commode Chest with Cutlery Canteen

Description

This chest looks just like a beautiful small Georgian chest of drawers in flame figured mahogany with original brass handles. The top three false drawer fronts hinge upwards and then slide back under the top to reveal the fully fitted and baise lined cutlery cabinet inside.

Below that the bottom is a normal deep drawer, ideal for mats and linen.

The modern cutlery set housed within shows no signs of use and is in pristine condition.

A superb complete set of over 120 pieces of Maples Kings pattern silver plated and stainless steel cutlery with twelve complete place settings all housed within this delightful George III period mahogany converted chest commode.

This incredibly practical piece would make the most wonderful wedding present that will be used and cherished forever.
