Description

For sale, this excellent Southern Railway issued Station Master or Guards pocket watch No S.R. 4181, by Recta, dating circa 1935. An exceptionally fine 0original undamaged dial and original deep blued handset on this one. Good original Dennison screw down front and back case with a full set of matching case numbers along with its original glass although exhibiting light usage marks as you would expect. A fine Recta 15 jewel movement in excellent full working order keeping time. A rare early version dating between 1923 to 1947, that has been well looked after over the years. Diameter 51mm excluding crown and stem tube and 12mm deep. Price £395.00 including shipping to within the UK.
