D & J Hunt Antiques has dated this piece to the Georgian era.

The wardrobe would look well in an old or modern property amongst similar antique pine furniture for storage. It would also look great in a large bedroom.
This is simple to put together using wooden chucks. This does break down into four pieces. The plinth, the cornice and the main section split in half. The staircase needs to be relatively straight with no turns.

The wardrobe stands on georgina splayed feet supporting the main section. There are two doors. Each door has a three panels. Each panel is fielded which is typical to the georgian era. The doors stand on their original brass pin hinges. Usually pin hinges are metal. There is a key that locks the doors. Behind the doors there are shelves for storage. The shelves could be removed keeping one shelf at the top and placing a hanging rail beneath. The top has a standard graduated round cornice with a lovely carving beneath.
This is a cracking wardrobe buy with confidence!
The height is 193cm, the width is 173cm and the depth is 65cm. The internal depth is 53cm
