Here we have a truly outstanding Art Deco burr and figured Walnut dressing chest of drawers c1920. As you can see the chest has great colour and patina. There is a circular bevelled plate mirror to the top which is clear and in great condition. The top of the base has a stunning half matched veneered top with the most delicious Burr and figured Walnut grain. There is a straight edge to the side and below a convex curve forming the top of the sides. The front has a crossbanded edge and inside band with a continuous burr band between. The band is a testament to the cabinet makers skill. The drawers all retain their original handles and have fine hand cut dovetail joints and solid Mahogany linings. There is a single flush fitting drawer to the top of the middle and the whole sits on the original plinth base. An excellent high quality example in fantastic retail condition ready for your home.
